摘要
文章设计并应用了基于大数据的区域慢病综合管理平台,汇总了南京区域内各医疗卫生机构的医疗健康数据,通过大数据、人工智能等技术研究,建立了专病档案调阅、知识库、管理系统等慢病管理工具等,并在现有的医疗、公共卫生管理中,应用慢病管理工具并反馈相关应用效果,形成了数据采集、分析、应用与反馈优化的闭环式。平台实现了区域内慢病相关数据的共享,强化了各医疗卫生业务之间的联动,提高了各医疗卫生机构的管理服务能力,有利于对慢病患者的长期跟踪和多维度管理。
This paper designs and applies the regional chronic disease comprehensive management platform based on big data,and summarizes the medical and health data of various medical and health institutions in Nanjing region.Chronic disease management tools are established such as special disease file access,knowledge base,management system,etc.Through the research of big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies,chronic disease management tools are applied in existing medical and public health management and feeds back relevant information Application effect,forming a closed-loop of data collection,analysis,application and feedback optimization.The platform realizes the sharing of chronic disease related data in the region,strengthens the linkage between medical and health services,improves the management and service ability of medical and health institutions,and is conducive to the long-term tracking and multi-dimensional management of chronic disease patients.
