新型冠状病毒肺炎患者院前转运中所关注的问题调查

An investigation on COVID-19 patient concerns during pre-hospital transport

目的通过了解新型冠状病毒肺炎患者在院前转运过程中关注的问题,采取措施提高转运效率。方法对2020年1月21日—2020年2月9日经医院成功转运的47例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者进行访谈,总结患者转运过程中关心的问题。结果47例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者院前转运中关心的问题包括:“入院后是否会相互传染”,占89.36%(42/47);“我是怎么被传染的”,占85.11%(40/47);“家人会不会被传染”,占65.96%(31/47);“疾病能否被治愈”,占53.19%(25/47);“什么时候可以出院”,占48.94%(23/47);“可以带哪些东西入院和费用”,占29.79%(14/47)。结论护理人员应及时了解患者转运过程中关注的问题,以问题为导向主动采取干预,以此缓解患者不良情绪,提高转运效率。

Objective To investigate the concerns of patients with Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)during pre-hospital transport,and carry out countermeasures to improve the efficacy of transport.Methods Interviews about concerns during pre-hospital transport were conducted to 47 COVID-19 patients who were transported in the pre-hospital setting.Results Most important issues concerned by patients were as follows:‘likelihood of cross-infection after admission’,‘how I got infected?’,‘likelihood of infection among family members’,‘whether the disease could be cured’,‘When could I be discharged from the hospital?’,‘what could I brought and how much did the hospital stay cost’,accounting for 89.36%,85.11%,65.96%,53.19%,48.94%and 29.79%,respectively.Conclusion Nurses should pay more attention on concerns of COVID-19 patients during pre-hospital transport,and carry out problem-based interventions to relieve the negative emotions of patients.
