摘要
本研究根据《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》核心素养指标的分布特点,量化分析某市某区高中英语教师网络研修作业的完成情况,探讨教师对发展学生核心素养的整体认知水平,考察学校类别与教师核心素养水平的相关性,发现英语教师网络研修存在的问题,为教师网络教育提供启示。
This research is based on the distribution characteristics of the core competencies indexes in the Primary and Secondary School Teachers’Information Technology Application Ability Standards(trial)by Ministry of Education.It makes a quantitative analysis of the online training coursework by senior high English teachers from a municipal district,takes an overview of senior high English teachers’consciousness of core competencies,explores the co-relationship between school types and teachers’core competencies cognitive level,and finds out the problems existing in English teachers’online training,thus providing enlightenment for teachers’training education.
