促进中年英语教师专业发展的叙事研究

摘要 本文是围绕中年教师L老师经历的省高中英语阅读优质课备课过程所做的叙事研究,描述了L老师与同伴合作进行理论研习、教案研讨和试讲磨课的过程及其心路历程。研究部分揭示了中年英语教师专业发展的路径与机制:乐于接受挑战,主动追求发展;用好学习资源,加强理论研习;借力课题研究,寻求问题解决;开展同伴互助,真诚合作共进。 As a narrative study based on the preparations of a middle-aged teacher for a provincial highschool teaching competition,the article describes how he and his partner cooperated in theoretical study,how they discussed the teaching plan,how they polished up the experimental classes,and what he thought in this process.The study partially reveals the elements of middle-aged English teachers’career development:the willingness to face up to challenges and pursue development,the use of learning resources and teaching theories,the support of a subject research focusing on specific problems and the awareness of sincere partnership to progress together.
