中小学教师自我超越的心理动力机制与启示

摘要 超越式教学法视域下的中小学教师自我超越包含诱导超越、习得超越、演练超越、展现超越、评价超越五个步骤。通过超越性人格理论和自我决定理论阐释中小学教师自我超越行为背后的心理动力机制而获得启示:呼唤教师自我超越意识的觉醒;培训主体回归到中小学校;营造激发和维系教师自我超越心理动力的氛围。 Transcendental teaching method has been successful both in theory and in practice and has attracted attention.Self-transcendence of primary and secondary school teachers from the perspective of transcendence teaching method includes five steps:inducing transcendence,acquiring transcendence,practicing transcendence,presenting transcendence and evaluating transcendence.Through transcendental personality theory and selfdetermination theory,this paper explains the psychological motivation mechanism behind teachers’selftranscendence behavior in primary and secondary schools and provides enlightenment:teachers’self-transcendence consciousness to be called for;training subjects returning to primary and secondary schools;creating an atmosphere that stimulates and maintaining teachers’psychological motivation for self-transcendence.
