摘要
目前阅读推广评价的研究虽然较多,但重综合评价,却缺乏基层图书馆的以管理为目的的评价。通过建立基于阅读推广项目的评估机制,实施积分式阅读推广项目管理,以期调动馆员的积极性和创造性,开创阅读推广工作新局面。
At present,although there are many studies on the evaluation of reading promotion,most of them are on comprehensive evaluation of reading promotion,lacking the evaluation for management purposes urgently needed by grass-roots libraries.To this end,this paper establishes an evaluation mechanism based on reading promotion projects and implements integral reading promotion project management in order to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of librarians and create a new situation of reading promotion.
