经肠镜治疗大肠息肉的方法及其治疗效果探讨

Discussion on the Treatment of Colonic Polyp by Colonoscopy and its Therapeutic Effect

目的分析并归纳经肠镜治疗大肠息肉的方法及其治疗效果。方法该文方便选取2017年6月-2019年5月该院收治的大肠息肉患者50例,分为参照、探讨两组。参照组采取经肠镜下电刀治疗,探讨组采取经肠镜下热极治疗。比较两组临床疗效、患者舒适度、满意度以及治疗前后患者疼痛情况、焦虑情况和生活质量。结果治疗后,联合治疗的探讨组患者有效率为80.00%(20/25),远高于参照组的36.00%(9/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.724,P=0.028<0.05);考虑两组治疗后患者舒适度、满意度以及患者疼痛、焦虑和生活质量评分,探讨组各项指标均远优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论经肠镜治疗大肠息肉可在直观的情况下,对患者进行息肉切除,效果显著,且经肠镜热极手术的效果比较经肠镜电刀手术治疗的效果更佳,可提高患者手术舒适度和满意度,提高治疗有效率,改善患者预后。

Objective To analyze and summarize the method of colonoscopy for colorectal polyps and its therapeutic effect.Methods Convenient selection of 50 patients with colorectal polyps admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups for reference and discussion.The reference group was treated with electrocautery under colonoscopy,while the discussion group was treated with heat pole under colonoscopy.The clinical efficacy,patient comfort,satisfaction,pain,anxiety and quality of life of the patients before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the combination treatment group was 80.00%(20/25),which was much higher than the 36.00%(9/25)of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.724,P=0.028<0.05);consider the patient comfort,satisfaction and patient’s pain,anxiety and quality of life score after treatment,,the indicators of the exploration group are far superior to the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic treatment of colorectal polyps can be performed in patients with polypectomy under direct visual conditions.The effect of endoscopic thermosurgery is better than that of endoscopic electrosurgical surgery.Comfort and satisfaction,improve treatment efficiency and improve patient prognosis.
