关节镜辅助下微创手术治疗对胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能及活动度的影响研究 被引量:7

Effect of Arthroscopically Assisted Minimally Invasive Surgery on Knee Joint Function and Mobility in Patients with Tibial Plateau Fracture

摘要 目的研究关节镜辅助下微创手术应用于胫骨平台骨折患者的临床治疗中对其膝关节功能与活动度的改善效果。方法便利选取2017年10月-2018年10月期间,该院接收的胫骨平台骨折患者50例,将采用传统切开复位内固定治疗的25例设为A组,将采用关节镜辅助下微创手术治疗的25例患者设为B组,对比两组临床结果。结果治疗后,B组患者各项临床治疗指标均明显优于A组(t=45.579、5.037、10.781、7.888,P<0.05);B组患者6个月后的膝关节功能评分与活动度均明显高于A组﹙t=12.123、7.460,P<0.05﹚;且B组患者术后并发症发生率4.00%明高低于A组24.00%,差异有统计学意义﹙χ^2=4.126,P<0.05﹚。结论关节镜辅助下微创手术应用于胫骨平台骨折治疗可以对患者的膝关节功能与活动度进行有效改善,且安全性较高,值得推广。 Objective To study the effect of arthroscopically assisted minimally invasive surgery on knee joint function and mobility in clinical treatment of patients with tibial plateau fractures.Methods From October 2017 to October 2018,Convenient selection of 50 patients with tibial plateau fractures received by the hospital were treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation.25 cases were set to group A,and arthroscopically assisted minimally invasive surgery.Twenty-five patients who underwent surgery were assigned to group B,and the clinical outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,all clinical therapeutic indexes of group B were significantly better than those of group A(t=45.579,5.037,10.781,7.888,P<0.05).The knee function score and range of motion in group B were significantly higher than those in group A after 6 months(t=12.123,7.460,P<0.05).Moreover,the incidence of postoperative complications in group B was 4.00%higher than that in group A,which was 24.00%lower,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.126,P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopically assisted minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures can effectively improve the knee function and mobility of patients,and it is safe and worth promoting.
