外周静脉置入中心静脉导管在肿瘤护理中的临床应用探讨

目的探讨在肿瘤护理时使用外周静脉置入中心静脉导管的效果。方法在2017年6月-2019年6月方便选择72例肿瘤患者,采用随机抽取的方法,各抽取36例设为研究和对照两组,使用外周静脉置入中心静脉导管的为研究组,使用常规护理的为对照组。分析两组治疗效果,并发症以及护理满意度,置管保留时间,一次性置管成功率。结果研究组的治疗总有效率(83.33%)高于对照组(61.11%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.431,P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度(91.67%)优于对照组(69.44%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.675,P<0.05)。研究组的并发症(19.44%)发生率低于对照组(47.22%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.250,P<0.05)。研究组的一次性置管成功率(94.44%)高于对照组(69.44%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.604,P<0.05)。研究组的置管保留时间(87.82±12.15)d长于对照组(7.73±1.82)d,差异有统计学意义(t=39.114,P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤护理时使用外周静脉置入中心静脉导管,可以提高治疗效果,患者避免了反复穿刺,降低了并发症地发生,且延长置管保留时间,提高一次性置管成功率,有效提高护理满意度,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of central venous catheter in peripheral vein in tumor nursing.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,Convenient selection of 72 tumor patients were selected and randomly selected.36 patients were selected as the study and control groups,and the study group and the control group were treated with peripheral venous catheter and conventional nursing.The treatment effect,complications,nursing satisfaction,retention time and success rate of one-time catheterization were analyzed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(83.33%)was higher than that in the control group(61.11%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.431,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group(91.67%)was better than that of the control group(69.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.675,P<0.05).The incidence of complications(19.44%)in the study group was lower than that in the control group(47.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.250,P<0.05).The success rate of one-time tube placement in the study group(94.44%)was higher than that in the control group(69.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.604,P<0.05).The catheter retention time of the study group(87.82±12.15)dwas longer than that of the control group(7.73±1.82)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=39.114,P<0.05).Conclusion Peripheral venous catheter implantation in tumor nursing can improve the treatment effect,patients avoid repeated puncture,reduce the incidence of complications,and prolong the retention time of catheterization,improve the success rate of one-time catheterization,effectively improve nursing satisfaction,has clinical value.
