中药加味温胆汤治疗小儿单纯性肥胖效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Chinese Medicine Jiaweiwendan Decoction on Children with Simple Obesity

目的研究中药加味温胆汤治疗小儿单纯性肥胖的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年3月-2016年8月来该院儿科就诊的76例小儿单纯性肥胖患者,根据治疗方案不同,分为对照组和观察组,各38例,对照组患者给予饮食指导、运动指导、心理指导等常规干预方法,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药加味温胆汤,比较两组患者的临床效果、治疗前后的血脂水平及体质指数(BMI)。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.11%,显著高于对照组84.21%(χ^2=9.873,P=0.015);治疗后观察组患者TC、TG、LDL-C分别为:(4.32±0.81)mmol/L、(1.13±0.58)mmol/L、(3.21±0.20)mmol/L,显著优于对照组(t=13.984、11.363、10.088,P=0.025、0.031、0.029);观察组治疗后BMI为(19.25±1.28)kg/m2显著优于对照组(t=14.136,P=0.018)。结论中药加味温胆汤治疗小儿单纯性肥胖临床效果显著,可有效降低患者的血脂水平,安全性高,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Jiaweiwendan decoction on simple obesity in children.Methods Convenient selection of 76 children with simple obesity who came to the hospital for pediatrics from March 2015 to August 2016,according to the different treatment,were divided into control group and observation group,each group of 38 cases,control group patients give dietary guidance,sports guidance,psychological guidance and other conventional intervention methods,on the basis of the observation group in the control group used traditional Chinese medicine Jiaweiwendan decoction,to compare the clinical effect of two groups of patients,before and after treatment,blood lipid levels and body mass index(BMI).Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.11%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 84.21%(χ^2=9.873,P=0.015).After treatment,the TC,TG and LDL-C of the observation group were(4.32±0.81)mmol/L and(1.13±0.58)mmol/L,(3.21±0.20)mmol/L,significantly better than the control group(t=13.984,11.363,10.088,P=0.025,0.031,0.029);the BMI of the observation group was(19.25±1.28)kg/m2 significantly better than the control group(t=14.136,P=0.018).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Jiaweiwendan decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of simple obesity in children,which can effectively reduce the level of blood lipid in patients with high safety,and is worthy of vigorous promotion in clinical practice.
