自拟中药方联合中药塌渍治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的观察自拟中药方联合中药塌渍治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床效果,进一步指导临床。方法便利选取2018年5月-2019年5月该院门诊治疗的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者96例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组48例,对照组给予抗病毒、营养神经等常规治疗,治疗组给予自拟中药方联合中药塌渍治疗,对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为93.75%,对照组治疗总有效率为75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.40,P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分分别为(1.05±0.28)分、(2.30±0.52)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=18.25,P<0.05);治疗组不良反应率为10.42%,对照组不良反应率为14.58%,两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.38,P>0.05)。结论自拟中药方联合中药塌渍治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine collaterals in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,and further guide the clinical.Methods Convenient selection of 96 patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases in each group.The group was given conventional treatments such as antiviral and nutritional nerves.The treatment group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 93.75%in the treatment group and 75.00%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=6.40,P<0.05).The VAS scores after treatment were(1.05±0.28)points,(2.30±0.52)points,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=18.25,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate was 10.42%in the treatment group and 14.58%in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in incidence(χ^2=0.38,P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine collaterals in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia is significant and worthy of clinical application.
