基于针刺百会五针为主治疗心肾不交型失眠的临床疗效研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Insomnia of Heart-Kidney Disjunction Type Based on Acupuncture of Baihui Five-needle

目的研究针刺百会五针为主治疗心肾不交型失眠的治疗效果。方法方便选取该院接受并治疗80例心肾不交型失眠病例,纳入的时间段最开始由2018年1月-2019年3月,把常规取穴针的40例作为对照组,把百会五针加神门、太溪针刺的40例作为研究组,比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后症状和功能评分的变化和心肾不交中医证候评分。结果在治疗后,研究组患者治疗疗效对比对照组患者更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.020,P<0.05);在治疗后,研究组患者入睡时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率、睡眠时间和日间功能对比对照组患者更优,而其睡眠障碍对比对照组患者更低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.954,P<0.05);在治疗以前、治疗后,研究组患者心肾不交中医证候评分对比对照组患者更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=1.079,P<0.05)。结论采取针刺百会五针为主治疗心肾不交型失眠患者有较好的治疗效果,能有效改善患者的睡眠质量和提高生活质量,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of acupuncture on treating insomnia of nonunion of heart and kidney.Methods Convenient selection of chosen and treated 80 cases of heart kidney not pay type insomnia cases,included in the period of the beginning from January 2018 to March 2019,40 cases of routine acupoint needle selection were used as the control group,and 40 cases of Baihui five needles plus Shenmen and Taixi acupuncture were used as the research group,the effect of treatment,the changes of symptom and function score before and after treatment,and the TCM syndrome score of heart and kidney failure were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the treatment effect of the patients in study group was higher than that patients of the control group,with a significant difference(χ^2=4.021,P<0.05).After treatment,the patients in the study group had better sleep time,sleep quality,sleep efficiency,sleep time and daytime function than those patients in the control group,while their sleep disorders were lower than those patients in the control group,showing a significant difference(t=2.954,P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the scores of cardiorenal incompatibility of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those patients in the control group(χ^2=1.079,P<0.05).Conclusion acupuncture with Baihui five-needle as the main treatment for patients with cardiorenal incompatibility insomnia has a good therapeutic effect,can effectively improve the quality of sleep and improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of extensive promotion and application.
