摘要
当下BIM技术已经在建筑工程中得到应用,并展现出良好效果。在此背景下,本文首先对BIM技术的特征与应用进行简要分析,进一步探究影响工程管理效率的主要因素,最后依据BIM技术的优势提出提升建筑工程管理效率的有效途径。
The current BIM technology has been applied in construction engineering and has shown good results.In this context,this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics and applications of BIM technology,further explores the main factors affecting the efficiency of project management,and finally proposes an effective way to improve the efficiency of construction engineering management based on the advantages of BIM technology.
