基于财务转型的高职会计人才培养模式创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Higher Vocational Accounting Talents Training Model Based on Financial Transformation

近年来,相关政策的发布,我国企业探究财务转型得到政策支撑,以财务转型为核心内容的财会管理被企业重点关注。本文基于财务转型的高职院校会计人才培育模式革新,分析了高职院校会计人才培育面临的困境,并从定位提升高职院校会计专业人才培育质量目标,依据企业视角以及高职院校视角,对会计人才培育模式的革新展开探索,以期为高职院校会计人才培育创新提供参考。

In recent years,with the release of relevant policies,Chinese enterprises have been supported by policies to explore financial transformation,and accounting management with financial transformation as the core content has been the focus of enterprises.Based on the financial transformation of the accounting talent cultivation model reform in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the dilemma faced by the cultivation of accounting talents in higher vocational colleges,and enhances the quality objectives of accounting professionals in higher vocational colleges,based on the perspective of enterprises and higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of the school,the exploration of the innovation of the accounting talent cultivation model is carried o ut,in order to provide reference for the cultivation and innovation of accounti ng talents in higher vocational colleges.
