摘要
高校教师职业能力的全面提升,需要以信息化教育为发展目标,为高校智慧校园和智慧课堂的建设贡献师资力量。但是目前各大高校仍然存在信息化教育发展缓慢的问题,出现了教师职业能力与信息化教育模式的脱节。为此,本研究分析了教师职业能力的发展目标,解析了高校教师职业能力提升的必要性,同时指出当前各大高校教师职业能力提升困难的主要因素,提出了信息化背景下高校教师职业能力提升路径。希望通过建设信息化培训体系、构建校内信息化平台、扩展课堂信息化规模、开发网络教育环境,达到对于高校教师职业能力的有效提升,进而为完善信息化教育提供理论参考。
this study analyzes the development goals of teachers’professional ability,analyzes the necessity of the improvement of college teachers’professional ability,and points out the main factors of the difficulty in improving the professional ability of teachers in major universities,and puts forward the professional ability of college teachers under the background of informationization.Promote the path.It is hoped that through the construction of informatization training system,the construction of intra-informatization platform,the expansion of classroom information scale,and the development of online education environment,the effective improvement of college teachers’professional ability will be achieved,and then the theoretical reference for improving information education will be provided.
