摘要
食品领域的校企合作,具有广阔的发展、创新空间。基于这一认知,本文将首先对校企合作模式的发展与特征作出分析,从而使校企合作的发展方向更加清晰。同时,将以安徽粮食工程职业学院"青松班"为例,详细论述校企合作的现状与不足。最后,本文将以创新视角,对校企合作模式以及该模式下的教育、科研工作,提出改进建议。
School-enterprise cooperation in the food field has broad development and innovation space.Based on this understanding,this paper will first analyze the development and characteristics of the school-enterprise cooperation model,so that the development direction of school-enterprise cooperation is clearer.At the same time,the "Qingsong Class"of Anhui Food Engineering Vocational School will be taken as an example to discuss in detail the current situation and shortcomings of school-enterprise cooperation.Finally,this paper will propose improvements to the school-enterprise cooperation model and the education and research work under the model from an innovative perspective.
