摘要
TRIZ理论的核心逻辑是通过转换观察视角与思维逻辑,从现有事物中提取创新。将这一理论应用于高校教育管理,可使管理机制获得革新。基于这一认知,本文将首先对高校教育管理工作中存在的不足进行分析。之后,进一步探究适用于教育领域的TRIZ理论。最后,以TRIZ理论为工具,提出改进传统教育管理模式的具体思路。
The core logic of TRIZ theory is to extract innovation from existing things by transforming observation angles and thinking logic.Applying this theory to the management of college education can make the management mechanism innovative.Based on this cognition,this paper will first analyze the shortcomings in the education management of colleges and universities.After that,further explore the TRIZ theory applicable to the field of education.Finally,using TRIZ theory as a tool,the specific ideas for improving the traditional education management model are proposed.
