“一带一路”倡议下面向境外就业的烹饪专业双语教学研究

摘要 "一带一路"全面发展背景下,为烹饪专业学生提供更多境外就业的机会,也对于烹饪专业人才的能力及素质提出更高的要求。本文将简要分析"一带一路"倡议下,烹饪专业学生境外就业英语能力培养的现状,以及双语教学模式构建的意义,并阐述双语教学体系的构建路径。通过本文的分析及研究,旨在切实提高我国烹饪专业学生的英语能力。 Under the background of the comprehensive development of"One Belt,One Road",it provides more opportunities for overseas students for culinary students,and also puts forward higher requirements for the ability and quality of culinary professionals.This paper will briefly analyze the current situation of the cultivation of English ability of overseas students in cooking under the"Belt and Road Initiative"and the significance of the construction of bilingual teaching mode,and explain the construction path of bilingual teaching system.Through the analysis and research of this paper,it aims to effectively improve the English ability of Chinese cooking students.
