新时代高校女生综合素质培养现状及策略

Current Situation and Strategy of Comprehensive Quality Training of College Girls in the New Era

新时代背景下,我国社会市场经济面临着新的机遇,同时也面临着诸多的挑战,因此更需要综合素质高、专业技能强的复合型优秀人才,这同时也是我国高校教学工作的重点及难点。要求高校在实际的教学工作中,培养学生道德、政治、身体、文化等多方面的素质,以及创新、沟通、学习及合作等能力。然而在实际的培养过程中,特别是针对高校女生综合素质培养存在着诸多的问题,本文通过对女大学生综合素质培养的意义,探析综合素质培养的现状,提出基于新时代背景下,高校女生中和素质培养的策略。

Under the background of the new era,our social market economy is facing new opportunities,but also many challenges.Therefore,we need compound talents with high comprehensive quality and strong professional skills,which is also the focus and difficulty of our university teaching work.Colleges and universities are required to cultivate students’moral,political,physical and cultural qualities,as well as their abilities of innovation,communication,learning and cooperation in practical teaching work.However,there are many problems in the actual training process,especially in the comprehensive quality training of College girls.Based on the significance of the comprehensive quality training of College girls,this paper explores the current situation of the comprehensive quality training,and puts forward strategies for the cultivation of the neutral quality of college girls under the background of the new era.
