基于高技能人才培养的高职现代学徒制构建途径

Approachestothe Construction of Modern Apprenticeship System in Higher Vocational Education Based on theTraining of High-skilled Personnel

目前,我国教育事业不断进行快速发展,在新课程改革背景下,不断对教育方式进行改变,以此来为社会培养更多优秀人才。但我国大部分高职院校在培养高技能人才时依旧运用传统教育方式,导致我国高职学生难以进行全面发展,对于专业技能基础知识掌握较强,但实际操作能力较差,在进行顶岗实习时难以积累实际工作经验,不利于其未来发展,同时,高职院校未曾为高职学生挑选优秀企业进行定岗实习,使我国高职学生难以成为现阶段社会发展需要型人才。本文基于此进行讨论,最终提出高职院校运用现代学徒制培养高技能人才有效途径,以此来提升我国高职院校教育水平。

At present,China’s education has been developing rapidly.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the way of education has been constantly changed,so as to cultivate more outstanding talents for the society.However,most higher vocational colleges in China still use traditional education methods in training high-skilled talents, which makes it difficult for our higher vocational students to develop in an all-round way.They have a strong grasp of basic knowledge of professional skills,but poor practical ability.It is difficult for them to accumulate practical work experience in post practice,which is not conducive to their future development.At the same time,higher vocational colleges have not selected for Higher Vocational students.Excellent enterprises carry out fixed-post practice,which makes it difficult for higher vocational students to become the required talents for social development at this stage.Based on this discussion,this paper finally puts forward an effective way for higher vocational colleges to use modern apprenticeship system to train high-skilled talents,in order to improve the level of Higher Vocational Education in China.
