中国城市社区治理面临的挑战与路径创新研究

Challenges and Path Innovation of Urban Community Governance in China

伴随我国城镇化的持续发展,各城市的空间、居民、以及社会结构均发展变化,并趋向复杂化,为我国城市社区治理产生了难题及挑战。中国城市社区治理,不但是我国社区管理的主要执行领域,还是社会管理理论运用的主要场所。目前,中国城市社区空间与结构均发生变化,使社区治理面临着挑战与困境。致使社区治理难题的原因具有多元化特征。本文对我国社区治理进展以及城市社区治理困境与其成因进行探究,最终提出改善路径,以期对我国城市社区治理工作提供参考。

With the continuous development of urbanization in China,the space,residents and social structure of cities have changed and become more complex,which has created difficulties and challenges for urban community governance in China.Urban community governance in China is not only the main field of community management,but also the main place for the application of social management theory.At present,the space and structure of urban communities in China have changed,which makes community governance face challenges and difficulties.The reasons for the difficulties in community governance are characterized by diversification.This paper explores the progress of community governance in China,the plight of urban community governance and its causes,and finally puts forward the improvement path,with a view to providing reference for the work of urban community governance in China.
