500kV主变压器ODAF冷却系统现场改型计算分析及应用

摘要 针对500kV强油风冷(ODAF)主变压器存在大量油流继电器、潜油泵运行维护工作量巨大、冷却系统故障易造成主变被迫停运,及油流挡板、潜油泵运行磨损碎屑有影响变压器正常运行的可能等问题,开展500kV主变ODAF冷却系统现场改型研究及应用,对500kV主变压器ODAF冷却系统现场改型进行温升计算、新装储油柜柜座及柜脚的受力及变形计算分析,并经现场改造验证,冷却效果满足现场运行要求。 As the problems of main transformer with Oil Directed Air Forced(ODAF)cooling,such as heavy workload of operation and maintenance of large amount of oil flow relay and oil pump,failure of cooling system is easy to cause ODAF main transformer stop,and the possibility of normal operation of transformer affected by oil flow baffles and worn debris during operation of oil pump,the field modification research and application of ODAF cooling system of main transformer were carried out However,the system was retrofitted on site to calculate the temperature rise,calculate and analyze the stress and deformation of the newly installed oil storage tank base and its feet,and the cooling effect met the requirements of on-site operation.
