BIM数字化建造技术在安装工程中的应用

BIM数字化建造技术,通过建立建筑三维数字模型,有效地避免给排水,电气,暖通,消防,结构等多专业之间的管道碰撞,降低了返工的成本,节省了工期,对于机电的精益建造提供了技术支持;本文以丹阳苑锅炉房为实例,通过对管道的数字化安装,碰撞检测,以及各专业协同,对BIM数字化、信息化技术在安装工程中的应用展开详细分析。

BIM digital construction technology gives technical support for lean construction of water supply&drainage,electrical engineering,HVAC,fire protection and structural engineering.BIM can solve the problems of pipeline collision,rework losses and extension of time for completion.This paper studies a boiler room called Danyangyuan by digital construction on MEP installation,pipeline collision and cooperative work in installation engineering and makes analysis on building information model in detail.
