This article introduces the construction process of the sewage pipe segment processing,airbag rolling and launching,sea towing,and on-site water injection and sinking.It also describes in detail the ship configuration and safety emergency issues during the process implementation.Because the pipeline hauling process is greatly affected by wind and waves,and the navigation distance is long,when crossing some harbors and waterways,it should be selected during the weather period when there are fewer ships entering and leaving the port and no wind and no waves.This article is of guiding significance for the construction of similar steel sewage pipelines in the open sea.
