Discussion and Analysis of U-Beam Construction Methods in Urban Rail Transit Engineering

U型梁(槽型梁)作为轨道交通工程双轨高架桥梁中的新式梁型结构,其在国内越来越多的轨道交通线路建设中都采用这一梁型。本文主要对宁句线工程U型梁的不同施工方法进行简要介绍,比较该工程中现浇法和预制法在施工顺序、施工条件、施工难度、环境影响及经济性方面的优劣,从而得出各自的适用范围,为以后轨道交通工程中U型梁的设计选型和施工方法选择提供参考。

U-shaped beam(groove beam)is a new type of beam structure in double-track viaducts in rail transit engineering.It is used in more and more rail transit lines in China.This article mainly introduces the different construction methods of the U-beam of the Ningju line project,and compares the pros and cons of the cast-in-place method and the precast method in this project in terms of construction sequence,construction conditions,construction difficulty,environmental impact,and economics.The respective scope of application is provided,which provides a reference for the design and selection of U-beams and construction methods in future rail transit projects.
