浅析液压布料机在高层建筑施工中的应用

随着机械设备发展及高层建筑的不断出现,风荷载大、泵送高等问题给高层结构施工带来较大难度,特别是混凝土的布料施工,以往采用的布料杆因其底盘不稳,固定方式简单,在一些风大地区经常出现倒架现象,影响现场施工安全及进度。液压爬升布料机的出现很好的解决了该难题,其操作简单、安装稳固、能自动爬升因此具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。基于此,本文介绍液压布料机构造及其在高层建筑施工中的应用,以期为工程应用提供参考。

This paper introduces the structure of hydraulic spreader and its application in the construction of high-rise buildings.With the development of mechanical equipment and the continuous emergence of high-rise buildings,the problems of high wind load and high pumping bring great difficulties to the construction of high-rise buildings,especially which the concrete distribution construction is a big problem.In the past,because of its unstable chassis and simple fixing method,the boom often fell over in some windy areas,affecting the safety and progress of the site construction.The emergence of hydraulic climbing spreader solves these problems well.It is easy to operate,stable to install,and can climb automatically.It has good economic and social benefits.Based on this,this paper introduces the structure of hydraulic distributor and its application in the construction of high-rise buildings,with a view to providing reference for engineering applications.
