建筑工程质量安全管理的有效方法研究

Research on Effective Methods of Quality and Safety Management of Construction Engineering

本文以水卫给排水系统安装施工工艺环节为切入点,从管道堵塞问题、材料质量问题、规范施工问题、人员安全问题四个角度入手,分析建筑工程质量安全管理的主要问题;其后,从围绕管道堵塞防护、落实规范要求、树立安全意识等方面,提出了建筑工程质量安全管理的有效方法。

This article takes the installation and construction process of sanitary water supply and drainage system as the starting point,and analyzes the main issues of quality and safety management of construction projects from four angles:pipeline blockage,material quality,standard construction,and personnel safety.From the aspects of protection against pipeline blockage,implementation of normative requirements,and establishment of safety awareness,an effective method for quality and safety management of construction projects was proposed.
