益肾养血通窍汤联合甲钴胺治疗慢性耳鸣的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Yishen Yangxue Tongqiao Decoction Combined with Mecobalamin on Chronic Tinnitus

目的分析慢性耳鸣临床应用益肾养血通窍汤联合西医治疗的疗效。方法以2017年12月—2019年9月该院收治的90例慢性耳鸣患者为对象,随机数字表法分为对照组45例、观察组45例,其中对照组接受西医治疗,观察组在西医基础上联合中药益肾养血通窍汤治疗,比较症状改善、耳鸣程度改善、睡眠质量改善情况。结果观察组治疗结束后症候积分为(3.42±0.59)分,低于对照组(5.29±1.13)分(t=9.841,P<0.05);观察组治疗后耳鸣严重程度Ⅰ、Ⅱ级比重高于对照组,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级比重低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后睡眠质量评分为(7.82±1.43)分,低于对照组(10.67±1.28)分(t=9.962,P<0.05)。结论益肾养血通窍汤联合西医治疗慢性耳鸣能够更迅速缓解临床症状,减轻耳鸣程度,更有效提升睡眠质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yishen Yangxue Tongqiao Decoction combined with western medicine on chronic tinnitus. Methods 90 patients with chronic tinnitus treated in the hospital from December 2017 to September 2019 were used as the target. The random number table method was divided into 45 cases in the control group and 45 cases in the observation group. The control group received Western medicine treatment. Based on western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine Yishen Yangxue Tongqiao Decoction, the symptoms were improved, the degree of tinnitus was improved, and the quality of sleep was improved. Results The symptom score of the observation group after treatment was(3.42±0.59) points, which was lower than that of the control group(5.29±1.13)points(t=9.841, P<0.05). The severity of tinnitus Ⅰ and Ⅱ was higher in the observation group In the control group,the proportions of grades Ⅲ and Ⅳ were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the sleep quality score of the observation group after treatment was(7.82±1.43) points, lower than the control group(10.67±1.28) points(t=9.962, P<0.05). Conclusion Yishen Yangxue Tongqiao Decoction combined with western medicine for chronic tinnitus can relieve clinical symptoms more quickly, reduce tinnitus, and effectively improve sleep quality. It is worth promoting.
