高血压病临床中医治疗

Clinical TCM Treatment of Hypertension

目的探讨中医治疗高血压病的临床效果。方法选择于2018年7月—2019年4月期间于该院接受治疗的78例高血压病患者为研究对象,经由随机数字表法进行分组,即中医组(39例)与西医组(39例),西医组行常规西医疗法,中医组在西医疗法基础上结合中医疗法,对比两组患者的临床治疗有效率、治疗前后血压指标。结果中医组患者的临床治疗有效率为92.31%,西医组患者的临床治疗有效率为74.36%,两组数据对比分析,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.523,P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的血压指标较为接近,即差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后,中医组患者收缩压、舒张压为:(132.34±10.45)mmHg、(81.89±4.54)mmHg;西医组组收缩压、舒张压为:(138.54±12.76)mmHg、(88.76±6.45)mmHg;两组血压指标与西医组进行比较,中医组优势显著,即组间差异有统计学意义(t=2.348、5.439,P<0.05)。结论高血压病患者临床治疗期间,行中医辩证疗法,效果确切,可以改善患者的血压以及临床症状,具有临床推广使用的价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating hypertension.Methods 78 patients with hypertension who were treated in the hospital from July 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were grouped by the random number table method,that is,the Chinese medicine group(39 cases)and the western medicine group(39 cases);the western medicine group performed conventional western medicine methods.The traditional Chinese medicine group combined traditional Chinese medicine methods on the basis of western medicine methods,and compared the clinical treatment efficiency and blood pressure indicators of the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment was 92.31%in the Chinese medicine group and 74.36%in the western medicine group.The comparison and analysis of the two groups of data showed that there was a significant statistical difference between the groups(χ2=4.523,P<0.05).The blood pressure indexes before treatment in the two groups were close,that is,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but after treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the Chinese medicine group were:(132.34±10.45)mmHg,(81.89±4.54)mmHg;the western medicine group contracted pressure and diastolic blood pressure were:(138.54±12.76)mmHg,(88.76±6.45)mmHg.Compared with the western medicine group,the blood pressure indicators of the two groups were significantly superior,that is,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(t=2.348,5.439,P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of patients with hypertension,dialectical Chinese medicine therapy is effective,it can improve the blood pressure and clinical symptoms of patients,and it has the value of clinical popularization.
