重症手足口病患儿的护理服务模式探析

Analysis of Nursing Service Model for Children with Severe Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

目的了解重症手足口病患儿的护理服务模式。方法将该院2014年2月—2018年2月间收治的80例重症手足口病患儿,随机分组,标准化护理服务组给予一般护理,人文关怀护理服务组开展人文关怀。比较两组满意度;重症手足口病知识认知水平、口腔疱疹和手足疱疹消失时间、重症手足口病患儿配合程度;护理前后手足口病症状积分、焦虑状态;护理并发症的发生率。结果人文关怀护理服务组的满意度达到了100%,标准化护理服务组仅有80%,差异有统计学意义﹙χ2=7.833,P<0.05﹚。护理后人文关怀护理服务组手足口病症状积分、焦虑状态﹙0.34±0.13﹚分、﹙31.21±1.72﹚分优于标准化护理服务组﹙P<0.05﹚。人文关怀护理服务组重症手足口病知识认知水平、口腔疱疹和手足疱疹消失时间、重症手足口病患儿配合程度﹙95.24±3.45﹚分、﹙4.56±0.21﹚d、﹙3.24±1.41﹚d、﹙96.22±3.61﹚分优于标准化护理服务组﹙t=6.214、7.121、6.089、7.214,P<0.05﹚.人文关怀护理服务组护理并发症的发生率更少,差异有统计学意义﹙χ2=7.024,P<0.05﹚。人文关怀护理服务组出现1例,标准化护理服务组出现了7例。结论重症手足口病患儿实施人文关怀效果确切,可有效提高遵医行为和加速病情康复,减少护理并发症。

Objective To understand the nursing service model of children with severe hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods 80 patients with severe hand,foot and mouth disease from February 2014 to February 2018 in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,and the standardized nursing service group was given general care.The humanistic care service group developed humanistic care.Satisfaction was compared between the two groups;as well as knowledge and knowledge of severe hand-foot-mouth disease,the disappearance of oral herpes and hand-foot herpes,the degree of coordination of children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease;symptom scores of hand-foot-mouth disease before and after nursing;anxiety status;and the incidence of nursing complications.Results The satisfaction of the humanistic care service group reached 100%,and the standardized care service group had only 80%,the difference was statistically significant﹙χ2=7.833,P<0.05﹚.The scores of hand,foot and mouth disease symptom and anxiety status of humanistic care service group after nursing were﹙0.34±0.13﹚points and﹙31.21±1.72﹚points,which were better than those of standardized care service group﹙t=7.823,15.923,P<0.05﹚.Humane care and nursing service group Knowledge and cognition level of severe hand,foot and mouth disease,disappearance time of oral herpes and hand,foot and herpes,and degree of coordination of children with severe hand,foot and mouth disease﹙95.24±3.45﹚points,﹙4.56±0.21﹚d,﹙3.24±1.41﹚d,﹙96.22±3.61﹚points are better than standardized care In the service group﹙t=6.214,7.121,6.089、7.214,P<0.05﹚.The incidence of nursing complications was lower in the humane care service group,the difference was statistically significant﹙χ2=7.024,P<0.05﹚.There was 1 case in the humanistic care service group and 7 cases in the standardized care service group.Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care for children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease is effective,which can effectively improve compliance and accelerate the rehabilitation of the disease,and reduce nursing complications.
