循证护理对急性胃炎患者疾病知识水平及治疗效果的影响

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Disease Knowledge and Treatment Effect in Patients with Acute Gastritis

目的探讨循证护理对急性胃炎患者疾病知识水平及治疗效果的影响。方法将2016年8月—2018年9月郯城县人民医院收治的100例急性胃炎患者随机分为循证护理组(n=50)和常规护理组(n=50)两组,常规护理组患者接受常规护理,循证护理组患者接受循证护理,比较两组患者疾病知识水平、护理满意度、治疗效果的差异。结果循证护理组患者的疾病认知水平评分及护理满意度评分均显著高于常规护理组(t=4.303、3.182,P<0.05);常规护理组患者中显效19例,有效16例,治疗的总有效率为70.0%(35/50);循证护理组患者中显效29例,有效19例,治疗的总有效率为96.0%(48/50)。循证护理组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于常规护理组(χ2=13.340,P<0.05)。结论循证护理能够有效提升急性胃炎患者疾病知识水平、护理满意度及治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on disease knowledge and treatment effect of patients with acute gastritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute gastritis admitted to Tancheng County People's Hospital from August 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:evidence-based care group(n=50)and routine care group(n=50).Patients in routine care group Patients who received routine care and evidence-based care received evidence-based care.The differences in disease knowledge,nursing satisfaction,and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of disease awareness and nursing satisfaction of the evidence-based nursing group were significantly higher than those of the conventional nursing group(t=4.303,3.182,P<0.05).Among the patients in the conventional nursing group,19 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,and treatment total effective rate was 70.0%(35/50);29 patients in the evidence-based care group were significantly effective and 19 patients were effective.The total effective rate of treatment was 96.0%(48/50).The total effective rate of treatment in the evidence-based nursing group was significantly higher than that in the conventional nursing group(χ2=13.340,P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the level of disease knowledge,nursing satisfaction and treatment effect in patients with acute gastritis.
