摘要
高炉料罐用BTM Cr26高铬铸铁衬板,在高硬度的基础上要求冲击韧度αk为7 J/cm2以上。在国标给定成分范围的基础上,根据合金元素的作用优选最佳含量,再对铸造衬板进行硬化态并去应力处理,得到高韧性抗冲击高铬铸铁衬板。
The BTM Cr26 high chromium cast iron liner for the furnace hopper requires the impact toughness of more than 7 J/cm^2 on the basis of high hardness.In this study,based on the composition range given in the national standard,the optimal content was selected according to the effects of alloying elements,and then the cast liner was hardened and destressed to obtain a high toughness and impact resistant high chromium cast iron liner.
