摘要 面对钢铁市场供大于求日益激烈竞争的严峻形势,一些生产工艺和设施已成为螺纹钢各项指标与外观质量提升的瓶颈,严重影响了企业形象,制约着产品质量、效益的提升。介绍了河钢宣钢一钢轧厂一棒作业区为进一步提高产品质量、使企业效益最大化,赢得市场,适应企业发展要求,该作业区对螺纹钢成品孔型系统优化、对定尺剪切系统进行优化,增上末根倍尺长度跟踪系统,改进螺纹钢包装等生产工艺和设施进行完善与改进,以稳定螺纹钢负差收得率和定尺率,提高产品的市场竞争力。 In the face of the increasingly fierce competition in the steel market,some production processes and facilities have become the bottleneck for the improvement of various indicators and appearance quality of rebar steel,which seriously affects the image of enterprises and restricts the improvement of product quality and efficiency.River of XuanHua steel are introduced in this one just a working in the bar rolling mill in order to further improve product quality,make the enterprise benefit maximization,win the market,meet the requirements for enterprise development,and the assignments section for rebar finished product pass system optimization,optimize the length shearing system,increase root length times ruler at the end of the tracking system,improve the rebar packaging production technology and perfect and improved facilities,to stabilize the rebar rate negative difference and scale rate,improve the market competitiveness of production.
