摘要
介绍了宽厚板矫直机提高矫直扭矩的一种新方法,及与之相适应的接轴锁紧装置的多排同步调节支撑新结构;为了解决因新旧辊径差异而造成的换辊时对辊困难,介绍了一种接轴位置自适应调整控制系统,有效地提高了换辊和辊面维护的工作效率。
This paper introduces a new method of improving leveling torque of HPL and a new structure of multi-row synchronous adjusting support of universal joint shaft clamping system.In order to solve the difficulty of roller alignment caused by the difference between the new and old roller diameters,this paper introduces an adaptive adjustment control system of shaft connection position,which effectively improves the work efficiency of the roll set replacement and roller surface maintenance.
