摘要
目的浅析布地奈德雾化吸入联合硫酸特布他林治疗慢阻肺急性发作期患者的临床效果。方法选取该院慢阻肺急性发作期患者30例为研究对象,样本收录时间为2016年6月-2019年6月,采取随机分组的方式对研究对象进行分组处理,分别是对照组(15例)和观察组(15例),两组患者均接受布地奈德治疗,观察组患者同时还需要接受硫酸特布他林治疗,对两组患者的治疗前后肺功能指标进行对比分析。结果治疗前,观察组和对照组患者的肺通气各项指标之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的肺通气各项指标均得到一定程度的改善,但是组间数据比较,观察组患者改善程度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后有效率(66.67%)明显低于观察组(93.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.422,P<0.05)。结论针对慢阻肺急性发作期患者进行治疗的过程中,在常规治疗的基础之上,需要采取布地奈德雾化吸入联合硫酸特布他林疗法,以此可以显著改善患者的肺通气水平,促进治疗效果得到显著提升,有助于患者的身体健康。因此该疗法值得被大力推广并应用于临床治疗。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of budesonide inhalation combined with terbutaline sulfate in patients with acute episode of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Thirty patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were enrolled in our study. The samples were collected from June 2016 to June2019. The subjects were grouped by random grouping, which were control group(15 cases). And the observation group(15 cases), both groups received budesonide treatment, the observation group patients also need to receive terbutaline sulfate treatment, the two groups of patients before and after treatment of lung function indicators were compared and analyzed. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in lung ventilation between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). After treatment, the lung ventilation indexes of the two groups were improved to some extent, but the group Comparing the data, the improvement degree of the observation group was higher(P<0.05), which was statistically significant. The effective rate after treatment in the control group(66.67%) was significantly lower than that of the observation group(93.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.422,P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of treatment of patients with acute obstructive pulmonary disease, on the basis of conventional treatment, budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with terbutaline sulfate is needed to significantly improve the lung ventilation level of patients. Promoting the treatment effect is significantly improved, which helps the patient’s health.Therefore, the therapy deserves to be promoted and applied to clinical treatment.
