分析单纯性肥胖对儿童肾功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨分析单纯性肥胖对儿童肾功能的影响。方法选择单纯性肥胖患儿41例,将其列为研究组,选择体检健康患儿41名,将其列为常规组,具体的选择时间为2018年3月-2019年4月,通过放射免疫法对两组儿童的β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、24 h尿微量清蛋白(Alb)及α1微球蛋白(α1-MG)水平进行检测,同时对两组儿童的身高、体质量、体质指数及胆固醇等指标进行检测。结果研究组患者的β2-MG水平为(0.28±0.19)mg/L,α1-MG水平为(4.37±2.14)mg/L,身高为(1.53±0.04)m;常规组患者的β2-MG水平为(0.21±0.14)mg/L,α1-MG水平为(3.76±1.27)mg/L,身高为(1.54±0.02)m,差异无统计学意义(t=1.899、1.569、1.431,P>0.05)。研究组患儿Alb水平为(6.13±2.01)mg,体质量为(72.36±6.57)kg,体质指数为(28.17±2.36)kg/m^2,胆固醇水平为(5.71±0.63)mmol/L;常规组患儿Alb水平为(3.58±1.02)mg,体质量为(51.28±4.39)kg,体质指数为(20.13±1.14)kg/m^2,胆固醇水平为(3.58±0.46)mmol/L,研究组患儿的Alb水平、体质量、体质指数、胆固醇水平明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.244、17.082、19.642、17.484,P<0.05)。结论单纯性肥胖会导致患儿出现肾功能损伤,肥胖程度越高,肾功能损伤的情况就越为严重,故家长要采取合理的措施,帮助患儿降低自身肥胖程度,不仅能促进肾功能恢复,还能保持优异的身体形态,从而有效提高患儿生活质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of simple obesity on renal function in children. Methods 41 children with simple obesity were selected as the study group and 41 healthy children were selected as the routine group. The specific selection time was from March 2018 to April 2019. The beta 2-microglobulin(beta 2-MG), 24-hour urinary microalbumin(Alb) and alpha 1 microglobulin(alpha 1 microglobulin) of the two groups were measured by radioimmunoassay. The level of 1-MG was measured, and the height, body mass, body mass index and cholesterol of the two groups were also measured. Results The β2-MG level in the study group was(0.28±0.19)mg/L, the α1-MG level was(4.37±2.14)mg/L, and the height was(1.53±0.04)m/L. The β2-MG level in the conventional group was(0.21±0.14)mg/L,α1-MG level was(3.76±1.27)mg/L, height was(1.54±0.02)m, and the difference was not statistically significant(t=1.899,1.569, 1.431, P>0.05). The Alb level in the study group was(6.13±2.01)mg/L, the body weight was(72.36±6.57)kg, the body mass index was(28.17±2.36)kg/m^2, and the cholesterol level was(5.71±0.63)mmol/L. The Alb level in the conventional group was(3.58±1.02)mg/L, body weight was(51.28 ±4.39)kg, body mass index was(20.13 ±1.14)kg/m^2, and cholesterol level was(3.58±0.46)mmol/L. Alb levels, body mass, body mass index, and cholesterol levels in the study group were significantly higher than convention group, the difference was statistically significant(t =7.244, 17.082,19.642, 17.484, P<0.05). Conclusion Simple obesity can lead to renal function damage in children. The higher the degree of obesity, the more serious the renal function damage. Therefore, parents should take reasonable measures to help children reduce their own obesity, not only to promote the recovery of renal function, but also to maintain excellent body shape, so as to effectively improve the life quality of children.
