Objective To investigate the clinical effect of MRI in the diagnosis of hemorrhagic changes after cerebral infarction. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out from June 2017 to June 2019. All 56 patients who had been diagnosed with hemorrhagic changes after cerebral infarction were diagnosed with MRI and CT. The diagnostic accuracy of hemorrhagic changes after cerebral infarction was analyzed, and the detection rate of hemorrhagic transition after different types of cerebral infarction, and the detection rate of different parts. The CT and MRI manifestations of hemorrhagic changes after cerebral infarction were analyzed. Results MRI 89.26%was more accurate than CT,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=16.102,P<0.05). The detection rate of hemorrhagic transition after different types of cerebral infarction was higher than that of CT(P<0.05), the detection rate of different sites(expect brain lobe)is higher than CT(P<0.05). Conclusion MRI is more accurate and sensitive than CT in the diagnosis of hemorrhagic changes after cerebral infarction, and MRI has higher detection rates for different types, as well as lower curtain and upper curtain hemorrhage. It has high accuracy on the lesion, morphology and number of bleeding, so it has the value of clinical application.
