慢性盆腔炎应用宫炎平胶囊+奥硝唑治疗的效果评价

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Gongyanping Capsule + Ornidazole in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨慢性盆腔炎应用宫炎平胶囊+奥硝唑治疗的效果。方法采集2015年3月-2017年3月112例慢性盆腔炎患者,按就诊先后分成观察组(n=56)与对照组(n=56),对照组采取奥硝唑治疗,观察组采取宫炎平胶囊联合奥硝唑进行治疗,观察两组临床治疗效果、宫颈举痛、小腹坠痛的临床缓解时间以及不良反应、复发数据。结果观察组宫颈举痛缓解时间(8.02±0.63)d、小腹坠痛缓解时间(6.15±0.40)d均明显缩短,对照组分别为(10.35±0.71)d、(8.75±0.64)d,差异有统计学意义(t=18.369、26.449,P<0.05);观察组总有效率(98.21%)上升,与对照组(85.71%)差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.920,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(7.14%)与对照组(8.93%)进行对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.121,P>0.05);2年随访,观察组慢性盆腔炎复发率(1.79%)低于对照组(12.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.846,P<0.05)。结论慢性盆腔炎应用宫炎平胶囊与奥硝唑的联合治疗可达到明显效果,利于临床症状的有效改善,预防不良反应,降低复发率,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Gongyanping Capsule plus ornidazole in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods 112 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation from March 2015 to March 2017 were divided into observation group(n=56) and control group(n=56), the control group was treated with ornidazole, and the observation group was treated with Gongyanping capsule combined with ornidazole. The clinical efficacy, cervical lifting pain and abdominal drop pain of the two groups were observed, as well as solution time, adverse reactions and recurrence data. Results The cervical lifting pain relief time(8.02±0.63)d and abdominal drop pain relief time(6.15±0.40) d in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(10.35±0.71) d and(8.75±0.64) d, respectively, the difference was statistically significant(t=18.369, 26.449, P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group(98.21%) increased, which was different from that in the control group(85.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.920, P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(7.14%) was not statistically significantly different from that in the control group(8.93%)(χ^2=0.121, P>0.05);2-year follow-up showed that the recurrence rate of chronic pelvic inflammation in the observation group(1.79%) was lower than that in the control group(12.50%) and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.846, P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of Gongyanping capsule and ornidazole for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can achieve obvious effect, which is conducive to the effective improvement of clinical symptoms, the prevention of adverse reactions and the reduction of recurrence rate. It is worth popularizing.
