心理护理干预在三叉神经痛微血管减压术患者中的临床应用价值刍议

The Clinical Application Value of Psychological Nursing Intervention in Patients with Trigeminal Neuralgia Microvascular Decompression

目的研究心理护理干预在三叉神经痛微血管减压术患者中的应用效果,并评价其应用价值。方法选择该院自2016年5月-2018年12月期间收治的三叉神经痛患者86例,所有患者均行微血管减压术,将其作为研究对象,利用奇偶数分组法将其分为参照组与研究组,参照组对患者施以常规护理,研究组在参照组方法基础上予以患者心理护理干预,观察并比较两组患者干预前后的情绪变化以及生活质量。结果通过对两组患者施以不同的护理方法可知,可知研究组患者SAS评分为(31.21±2.08)分,SDS评分为(32.44±2.19)分,SE-36评分为(79.44±5.95)分;参照组患者SAS评分为(45.06±3.68)分,SDS评分为(40.14±3.54)分,SE-36评分为(60.91±5.46)分,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(t=21.480,P=0.000;t=12.130,P=0.000;t=15.050,P=0.000<0.05)。结论针对三叉神经痛行微血管减压术患者,予以全面的心理护理干预能够缓解其负性情绪,使患者可以积极主动地配合医护人员的工作,提高其临床治疗效果,并改善患者日常生活质量,值得研究推广。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with trigeminal neuralgia undergoing microvascular decompression and to evaluate its application value. Methods 86 patients with trigeminal neuralgia admitted to the hospital from May 2016 to December 2018 were selected. All patients underwent microvascular decompression. They were divided into reference group and research group by odd-even grouping method. The reference group was given routine nursing care, and the research group was given microvascular decompression on the basis of the reference group method. To observe and compare the emotional changes and quality of life of patients before and after psychological nursing intervention. Results By applying different nursing methods to the two groups of patients, it can be seen that the SAS score of the study group was(31.21±2.08)points, the SDS score was(32.44±2.19)points, and the SE-36 score was(79.44±5.95)points;the reference group patients SAS scores were(45.06±3.68)points,the SDS scores were(40.14±3.54)points, and the SE-36 scores were(60.91±5.46)points. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=21.480, P=0.000;t=12.130, P=0.000;t=15.050, P=0.000<0.05). Conclusion For patients with trigeminal neuralgia undergoing microvascular decompression, comprehensive psychological nursing intervention can alleviate their negative emotions, enable patients to actively cooperate with the work of medical staff, improve the clinical efficacy, and improve the quality of daily life of patients, which is worthy of research and promotion.
