摘要
为对接"一带一路"教育共建行动,满足全球治理对多语种人才日益增长的需求,复旦大学外文学院在英语专业学生中探索了"英西双语"培养模式。本文首先从学习者、教师和课程设置三个方面分析了我国多外语教育面临的挑战,接着介绍了复旦大学外文学院的"英西双语"复语人才培养模式,对照三个方面的挑战分析了该模式的特色。文章最后提出不同类型的高校应根据自身特色,探索符合国家发展需要、能推动国家外语能力建设的多外语人才培养新路。
To meet the needs for the Belt and Road Initiative and to fully participate in global management, College of Foreign Languages and Literature at Fudan University has explored an English-Spanish duallanguage education program. This paper first analyzes the challenges of China’s multilingual education from the perspectives of learners, teachers and curriculum, then introduces the dual-language education program initiated by Fudan University with critical evaluation from three aforementioned perspectives. It is concluded that universities of different levels and types are advised to explore their own multilingual talents programs to meet the needs of the country’s development and to strengthen national language capacity.
