摘要
目的分析包头地区新生儿TORCH检测结果,了解该地区新生儿TORCH感染情况,为包头地区的预防保健和优生优育工作奠定坚实基础。方法选取于内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第一附属医院出生的6 000例新生儿利用化学发光微粒子免疫检测法(CMIA)检测血清中特异的TOX-IgM/IgG、RV-IgM/IgG、CMV-IgM/IgG抗体,利用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测血清中的HSV I/II IgM/IgG抗体。结果 6 000例新生儿中TORCH感染阳性率为91. 17%,感染率最高的为CMV,CMV-IgM、CMV-IgG阳性检出率分别为3. 67%、90. 66%,RV-IgG的阳性检出率也高达60. 83%,TOX-IgG的阳性检出率为5. 17%,阳性检出率最高的CMV与其他各病原体阳性检出率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论包头地区新生儿TORCH感染情况不容乐观,应积极开展育龄妇女及新生儿的TORCH筛查工作。
Objective To analyze the results of neonatal TORCH detection in Baotou area,understand neonatal TORCH infection status in this area,lay a foundation for prevention,health care and eugenics in Baotou area.Methods A total of 6 000 neonates born in the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College were selected,specific TOX-Ig M/Ig G,RV-Ig M/Ig G,CMV-Ig M/Ig G antibodies in serum were detected by chemiluminescent particle immunoassay(CMIA),HSV I/II Ig M/Ig G antibodies in serum were detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Among 6 000 neonates,the positive rate of TORCH infection was 91.17%.The infection rate of CMV was the highest.The positive detection rates of CMV-Ig M and CMV-Ig G were 3.67% and 90.66%,respectively.The positive detection rates of RV-Ig G and TOX-Ig G were 60.83% and 5.17%,respectively.The positive detection rate of CMV was significantly different from those of other pathogens(P < 0.05).Conclusion The situation of neonatal TORCH infection in Baotou area is not optimistic.TORCH screening for women of childbearing age and neonates should be carried out actively.
