基于新冠肺炎疫情防疫成本的建设工程计价地域性政策研究

湖北省武汉市爆发了新冠肺炎疫情,并迅速蔓延至全国,我国各省市的建设行政主管部门对建设工程领域在新冠肺炎疫情防控期间建设工程计价的政策文件进行梳理,并对各地出台的相关指导意见以及相关防疫成本的计价措施进行对比分析,探讨了疫情防控对建设工程地域性工程计价政策的影响,以期在重大突发事件下,为参建单位合理分担风险责任和工程合同管理提供支撑。

Novel coronavirus pneumonia novel coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan, Hubei province and spread rapidly to the whole country, this article combed the construction administrative departments of provinces and cities in China in the field of Construction Engineering in the period of construction of new type of coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention and control policy documents, and issued relevant guidance and suggestions to all regions. The measures of epidemic prevention cost are compared and analyzed to provide certain countermeasures and suggestions for policy improvement and later policy supplement, so as to provide support for participating units to reasonably share risk responsibility and project contract management in case of major emergencies.
