摘要
为了研究高速铁路无砟轨道底座板混凝土与全断面沥青混凝土封闭结构层之间抗滑移能力能否满足高速铁路行车安全,通过现场试验以及大型通用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对该界面进行对比分析。试验结果表明:现场试验最大剪切荷载为35 kPa,仿真计算结果最大剪切荷载为37 kPa,两者数值基本相同,且现场试验与仿真模拟的剪应力-位移曲线整体趋势一致。得到了满足高速铁路行车安全的结论,且为高速铁路全断面沥青混凝土防水结构设计提供了理论依据。
In order to study whether the anti-slip ability between the concrete of ballastless track base plate and the closed structure layer of full-section asphalt concrete can satisfy the running safety of high-speed railway.The full-scale field testing and the finite element analysis software ABAQUS were used to analyze the interface.The test results show that the maximum shear stress of full-scale test is 35 kPa,and the maximum shear stress of simulation calculation is 37 kPa.The two values are basically the same,and the overall trend of full-scale test and the shear stress-displacement curve of the simulation are consistent.The conclusion satisfied the safety of high-speed railway operation and provided the theoretical basis for the design of the whole section asphalt concrete waterproof structure of high-speed railway.
