摘要 EA4T车轴坯经锻造成型后的毛坯车轴表面频繁出现50~1 200 mm长的大型裂纹,随机分布在车轴不同位置,严重影响车轴生产进度。对车轴坯以及毛坯车轴上不同形态的裂纹进行了金相和能谱分析,发现裂纹为车轴坯制造过程中产生,并对此提出改善建议。 Large cracks with a length of 50 to 1 200 mm frequently appear on the surface of EA4 T axle blank after forging forming. The cracks are randomly distributed at different locations of the axle, which seriously affects the production schedule. By the metallographic and energy spectrum analysis of the axle blank and its crack shapes, we find that the cracks produced during the manufacture of the axle blank, and put forward improvement suggestions for this.
