稳心颗粒联合伊布利特对快速心律失常患者心率变异性及血液流变学的影响

Effects of Wenxin Granule Combined with Ibutilide on Heart Rate Variability and Hemorheology in Patients with Tachyarrhythmia

目的探讨稳心颗粒联合伊布利特对快速心律失常患者心率变异性及血液流变学的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年6月辽宁省抚顺市新宾满族自治县人民医院接诊的120例快速心律失常患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,即对照组(60例)与观察组(60例)。对照组单纯使用伊布利特治疗,观察组使用稳心颗粒联合伊布利特治疗,比较两组患者心率变异性及血液流变学。结果两组治疗后窦性心搏R-R间期标准差(SDNN)、相邻窦性心律R-R间期平均值的标准差(RMSSD)高于治疗前,且观察组SDNN、RMSSD高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原低于治疗前,且观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合伊布利特治疗快速心律失常患者可改善心率变异性及血液流变学。

Objective To explore the effects of Wenxin granule combined with ibutilide on heart rate variability and hemorheology in patients with tachyarrhythmia.Methods A total of 120 patients with tachyarrhythmia admitted to People’s Hospital of Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County from April 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups:a control group(n=60)and an observation group(n=60).The control group was treated with ibutilide alone,and the observation group was treated with Wenxin granule combined with ibutilide.The heart rate variability and hemorheology of the 2 groups were compared.Results After treatment,the standard deviation of the R-R interval sinus rhythm(SDNN)and the standard deviation of the mean R-R interval of adjacent sinus rhythm(RMSSD)were higher than those before treatment,and SDNN and RMSSD of the observation group were higher than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,and plasma fibrinogen were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group had lower whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,and plasma fibrinogen than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenxin granule combined with ibutilide can improve heart rate variability and hemorheology in patients with tachyarrhythmia.
