摘要
在电梯的控制系统中一般均设置了专门检测三相电源系统是否存在断、错相故障的保护装置,但这些保护装置自身的材料失效也会导致正在高速运行的电梯实然停止。这里剖析了阻容移相式三相交流电源断、错相保护器的原理及常用保护器失效的原因,结合实际给出了解决问题的建议。
In the control system of elevator,there are protective devices specially designed to detect whether the three-phase power supply has the fault of breaking or wrong phase,but the failure of the materials of these protective devices will also cause the elevator running at high speed to actually stop.The principle of the resistance capacitance phase-shifting three-phase AC power break and phase stagger protector and the failure reason of the common protector are analyzed,and give some suggestions to solve these problems.
