摘要 以汽车智能技术专业高水平建设为案例,研究在专业教学中融合世界技能大赛赛项的国际化标准。以强调学生学会了什么为宗旨、能直接或间接地测评为原则,架构专业培养目标、课程目标、课堂教学目标间的逻辑关系。采用调研、归纳、重组、设计、评价、诊改六步反向法,设计基于成果导向的汽车智能技术专业教学质量标准,引导学生掌握国际通行的行业规则、技术要求和服务规范,增强对跨国企业职业环境适应能力,成为当代汽车行业急需的高素质技术技能人才。 Taking the high level construction of the automotive intelligent technology specialty,the author has studied to integrate the international standards for the contest items in Word Skills Competition into professional teaching.By emphasizing“what students have learned”and sticking to the principle of being able to directly/indirectly assess teaching effects,this article has set up logic relationships among cultivation objectives of the specialty,curricular objectives and classroom teaching objectives.In this study,result-oriented teaching quality standards are designed using Reverse Six-Step,i.e.investigation&survey,generalization,re-structuring,design,assessment and diagnosis&improvement,so as to guide students to get hold of the internationally accepted industry regulations,technical requirements and service criteria,to enhance students'abilities to adapt to vocational environment in transnational enterprises and allow them to become high quality technical talents urgently needed by contemporary automobile industry.This article proposes scientific and theoretical basis for the formulation of teaching standards used in the specialty,courses and classrooms.
