融媒时代高职传播人才培养模式的挑战与重构

媒体融合发展是大势所趋。融媒体独有的全程媒体、全息媒体、全员媒体、全效媒体的内涵特征,对媒体从业人员及高职现有的人才培养模式提出了严峻的挑战。对此,融媒时代高职传播人才培养模式应组建专业群,探索"一核两端三融"的人才培养模式,构建多元实训教学体系,创建融媒体实训平台,健全"双导师"机制,加强社会服务等突围之路。

Development of convergence media is a trend of the times.Such particular connotation characteristics of convergence media as whole-course,holograph and total-effect present rigorous challenge to talents cultivation mode currently existing in higher vocational education and media practitioners.For this reason and at the times of convergence media,we should establish specialty clusters to probe into such ways of breakthrough as exploring the so-called "One core connotation,two sides of supply and demand and three ways of integrated teaching"talent cultivation mode,building multi-element practical teaching systems,creating training platforms with convergence media,completing the"Dual Mentor"mechanism,and enhancing social services.
