微课程教学法环境下高职学生自主学习策略优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 微课程教学法是两阶段(课前、课堂)、三模块(导学案、配套学习资源、课堂组织形式)的优化组合,从语言环境、媒体环境等方面入手,实现课堂的"真翻转",在此环境下,高职学生自主学习也呈现出新的特点。强调以学习者为中心的微课程教学法,课前自主学习阶段成了最关键的环节,教师以导学案、配套学习资源为学生的自主学习搭建"脚手架",积极引导学生自主学习,具有不同于传统自学的优势。面对微课程教学法环境,从教师角色、学生特征、学习环境三个方面提出高职学生自主学习策略优化建议,以期提高学生自主学习效率,达成学习目标,完成知识内化。 Microlecture methodology is the optimized combination of"Two Phases"(before-classroom and inclassroom)and"Three Modules"(learning guidance planning, supporting learning resources and form of classroom organization), which has realized the"Real Overturn"of classroom starting from such aspects as language and media environments in which the self-directed learning of higher vocational students emerges new characteristics as well. In mecrolecture methodology emphasizing concentration on the learners, the phase of self-directed learning before class has actually become the most crucial link. Teachers build"scaffold"for the self-directed learning of the students with learning guidance planning supported by learning resources to proactively guide their self-directed learning, providing advantages different from traditional self-teaching. Facing such changed teaching environment, this article proposes suggestions to optimize self-directed learning strategies of higher vocational students on three aspects as roles of teachers, features of students and learning environment, expecting to elevate efficiency of self-directing learning, achieve learning targets and complete knowledge internalization.
