随着"一带一路"倡议的顺利实施,信息技术和物流业的深度融合,为广西智慧物流的发展带来了新机遇。在"一带一路"建设背景下,通过SWOT-PEST模型,分析政治、经济、社会、技术环境中广西智慧物流发展所面临的的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,针对优势机遇提出积极增长性战略,针对劣势威胁提出目标聚集战略,以期为推进广西智慧物流的发展提供参考。

With the smooth implementation of the"Belt and Road"Initiative, the deep integration of information technology and logistics industry has brought about new chance for the logistics development of Guangxi. In the context of the"Belt and Road"initiative, this article, based on SWOT-PEST model, makes a comprehensive analysis on the advantages, disadvantages, chances and challenges confronting the development of smart logistics of Guangxi in the environment of its politics, economics, society and technology, and proposes a strategy of proactive growth specific to its advantages and chances and a strategy of objectives aggregation targeting on its disadvantages, to promote its smart logistics development.
